Your digital book
A $3.99 purchase includes one AI-written story, ten original cartoon illustrations, and a downloadable PDF. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Creation usually takes 10–20 minutes and can take longer during busy periods. You can edit the text yourself and download the completed book again without another payment. One AI revision round is included: submit your story and/or selected illustration changes together to receive one revised version. Further illustration revisions are $1.99 per selected scene plus applicable tax. Further AI story rewrites are not included; manual wording edits remain free. Review and accept the revision, or keep the original. A completed round is used even if you keep the original. A book for another dog requires a new purchase.
AI artwork is an artistic interpretation of your photo and description. Review the story, names, and illustrations before printing. You are responsible for having permission to use the photos and words you provide.
Keep your book safe
Save the private purchase link offered at checkout. It allows access to the purchased story, illustration progress, and latest accepted AI revision for one year. Download a full draft backup to keep your own edits, additional photos, and finished artwork. Your downloaded PDF and backup remain yours to keep after online recovery ends. Anyone with the private purchase link or backup can open the book.
Your hardcover
A hardcover is $29.99, including the digital edition. Your $3.99 PDF payment is credited toward your first hardcover, leaving $26.00 plus shipping and applicable tax. Additional copies are $29.99 each. Delivery is quoted for your address before payment; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Lulu prints and ships the book you approve in the print proof. Review the cover, interior, and delivery address carefully before paying. Printing and transit times vary by destination and production conditions. Use your private order link to check progress and available tracking.
If something goes wrong
If a paid digital book cannot be completed, contact info@thememorypawject.com with your purchase reference. We will help recover the book or refund an undelivered digital purchase. If a paid revision cannot be completed, we will help recover it or refund the undelivered revision. Do not buy the same book or revision again to resolve a technical error.
Contact us promptly about a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect printed order, with your order reference and photos where relevant. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. For cancellation or address changes, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible once production begins. These policies do not limit any rights that apply under consumer law.
